Authorization for Medication Administration by School Personnel
This form is used by STEPS parents and guardians to give SOESD staff permission to administer medications to their students. Parents can download and print this form, fill it out, and send it to school when their child has a new or changed medication that will be given at school.

Child Abuse and Prevention Training
Training on the prevention and identification of child abuse and on the obligations of district employees to report abuse.

Home Schooling
Home schooling is an exemption to the compulsory school attendance law and as required in ORS 339.095, parents must notify the ESD of their intent to home-school their children.  The Southern Oregon ESD superintendent’s office provides information to parents and school districts regarding home-schooling laws and regulations and registers home-school students.
