Traumatic Brain Injury
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is recognized by the Oregon Department of Education as a low incidence disability to be covered by Regional Programs. Districts should seek regional supports to help identify students who may be eligible under the disability category of Traumatic Brain Injury.
Liaisons in each region act as point of contact for district TBI consultants and through medical centers for students' reentry into school services. Agnes Lee-Wolfe has been appointed as the liaison for The Southern Oregon Region, Region 3, comprised of Jackson, Klamath, Josephine, Douglas and Lake Counties.
For any questions or more information regarding services or referral for students with TBI in the Southern Oregon Region please contact Agnes Lee-Wolfe at Agnes_Wolfe@soesd.k12.or.us or at 541-776-8554.
