As one of ten Regional Educator Networks across the state, SOREN brings educators together to identify local needs, elevate educator voice, and drive meaningful, systemic change in recruitment, retention, and professional learning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">SOREN, over the years, has co-created a coordinated regional improvement system that strengthens educator effectiveness and reduces disparities in experiences and outcomes for students and adults.
