  • Are expected to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all children and families, regardless of ability, family composition, culture or language
  • Operate in a wide variety of settings – centers, homes, and schools
  • Should actively work to support parents as partners in their child’s learning and development

Do you and your child meet the 2022-2023 eligibility requirements?

  • live in Oregon
  • have a child that will be 3 or 4 years old by 9/1/2022
  • live in households with a gross income that is at or below 200% FPL (unless applying for a foster child)
