SOU, Oregon Tech, RCC, and KCC hold Joint High School Counselor and Liaison trainings to assist our high school partners with helping students move on to post-secondary careers or education in the Southern Oregon region. This effort has included regular video chats with college and career representatives on topics including Admissions, Dual Credit, Financial Aid, working with special populations (undocumented students, rural, underrepresented, first generation, etc.), CTE/Pathways, FERPA: High School vs College, 10 things I wish my Counselor had told me before college, and more!
